Abutting park and conservation lands, the homes in the development have five distinctive yet complimentary styles and range in size from 1,865 S.F. to 2,600 S.F. All homes feature a first floor master bedroom and bath, an open kitchen, a vaulted great room with gas fireplace, a guest bedroom, a loft/den and two car garage. The development has a total of 31 units.
186 Country Club Way provided an opportunity to create an value add improvements to a house in a well-established neighborhood. Updating the exterior color scheme, adding a new kitchen and master bath where key components in adding value. Updating landscaping features, adding a new boiler, painting the entire interior, installed new floors, and refinishing existing floors finished off the renovations.
54 Cedar Road provided an opportunity to create an expanded family home while using the existing home as its current first floor design as a basis of expanding the home. The original home was a traditional cape style house with a den to right side providing entry from the driveway. Removing the roof and redesigning the second floor and extending the house to have a 3rd story master suite, the house then four bedrooms. One the first floor a family room was added off the back of the house.
